The restoration of heating and water supply networks is currently an important issue for Mykolaiv region.
This was emphasised by Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
“The issues that are of concern now are, of course, the heating networks that were damaged as a result of the attacks of the Russian occupiers, as well as water supply. Our water quality still leaves much to be desired, so we are working on it. These issues are a priority for our region and city”, he said.
The head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration also stressed that job creation in the region and the security situation in educational institutions in Mykolaiv Oblast remain urgent.
“The first priority is job creation and the security situation for children’s education, including shelters. But, in my opinion, the production of ammunition should be put at the top of the list so that we can survive”, Kim said.
According to Vitaliy Kim, the Congress is currently effective, as it helps even the smallest communities to put on the agenda those issues that are relevant to them. In addition, it is a high-quality platform for communication and cooperation between regions.
