Currently, the support of Ukraine’s international partners is very important. And it is only gaining a larger scale.
This is the opinion of Volodymyr Kuchma, head of the All-Ukrainian Community Association.
“In particular, during the Second International Summit of Cities and Regions, agreements between communities were signed. These are the specific steps our partners take. And this is what contributes to the reconstruction of Ukraine,” Volodymyr Kuchma emphasized.
Also, the head of the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities noted that holding the Summit and other similar events is relevant, because they testify to the readiness of partners to help Ukraine in reconstruction and victory.
In addition, Volodymyr Kuchma spoke about the situation in the Chernihiv region, which he also represents. According to him, the region was greatly affected by the full-scale invasion and occupation.
“I represent the region that is one of the most affected. Currently, Russian aggression continues on its territory. Chernihiv region was under occupation from the first days. Then it was necessary to have willpower in order to gather strength into a fist and start rebuilding. We must think about tomorrow, about our future. And to continue the processes of decentralization. So that Russian aggression does not become a step back in carrying out everything we have done during the last seven years. That is why we care, rebuild and, at the same time, defend. We are engaged in everything that is necessary for the future of our country,” Volodymyr Kuchma emphasized.
